Kathleen Lubanski, MN, AGPCNP-BC, APMSIII-BC
Kathleen has been meditating for over 7 years. In 2007, as a result of a family crisis (loss of a sister-in-law to cancer) and spouse’s illness; Kathleen was became anxious and stressed. She knew she needed a non-prescriptive intervention and enrolled in a local 6 week meditation class. Upon completion of the class, she felt calm, relaxed, and a sense of a ‘return to wellness’. The results were so dramatic that she decided to change career focus from geriatrics to wellness. In 2010, she completed the Meditation Specialist Competency Training taught by Dr. Susan Taylor. She began teaching in 2010 and currently serves on the advisory board of the National Meditation Specialist Certification Board.
Kathleen is a board certified adult and geriatric nurse practitioner with a Master’s Degree in Nursing from UCLA. She has over thirty years experience in health care including: cardiac & diabetic disease management, long-term care, and hospice.
She holds memberships in the following organizations:

Today, Kathleen teaches privately and groups the simple skills that can de-emphasize the stress in their lives and help them live more authentically.
