To book a complimentary session with please follow these steps:

  1. Scroll down to the “Contact” form.
  2. Fill out the contact form: Provide your name, email address, and a brief message explaining what type of session you are interested in scheduling and for what purpose. You can also include any specific dates or times that work best for you.
  3. Wait for a response: Once you submit the contact form, I will personally respond to your message as soon as possible. I’ll work with you to find a mutually convenient time for your session and provide you with any additional information you need.

Sessions are held on: Skype, Zoom, WhatsAp or Google Meet. Please let me know your preference.

Session Description

Private Sessions: Private sessions are designed to give individual clients one-on-one attention in order to create a personalized plan that addresses her specific needs. During private sessions, we work together to create a customized roadmap that supports you in your journey to achieve your health goals.

Please note:

Sessions are a complementary therapy that is to be used in conjunction with traditional and other holistic methods in order to help transform physical and emotional stress-related challenges.


As with MD’s, no one can guarantee their services, but Susan’s clients have always seen her session work be of help with the issues they need addressed. Susan and The Center for Meditation Science is not an emergency service. Her work is proactive guidance, not a replacement for medical services. If you have an emergency please call 911 or the appropriate services in your area.

Group Sessions: Group sessions are designed to bring together individuals with similar health concerns and goals. They offer a supportive and empowering environment, where participants can learn from each other and support each other in their health journey.
Both private and group sessions may address specialty areas that are key to support vibrant aging and longevity.
